Description
The Customers API provides endpoints to create and manage IITC customer accounts and user profiles, including account validation, device pairing, service connectivity, and access to customer and legal information within the IITC ecosystem.
Use Cases
The Customers API may be used by client applications wishing to:
Create IITC customer accounts and end‑user profiles (basic or full registration).
Validate customer accounts and support onboarding and compliance flows.
Update customer profile, contact, and identification data.
Retrieve customer and account information, including status, devices, and validation data.
Pair and unpair devices (IMSIs) with customer accounts.
Control service connectivity by activating, suspending, resuming, or disconnecting accounts or devices.
Manage customer account lifecycle states (e.g. active, suspended, closed).
Access customer‑related legal documents such as terms and conditions.
